Transforming Waste Material into Renewable Energy Solutions
The UK has become the first major economy in the world to pass laws to end its contribution to global warming by 2050.
Around 25% of greenhouse gas emissions are as a direct result of the generation of energy.
Over 35% of the electricity and heat generated are currently derived from renewable sources, which are heavily subsidised, whereas our technical solution is commercially viable in its own right.
The UK’s growing population is producing more and more waste, which has increased recycling costs, an ever-decreasing landfill capacity and now requires innovative solutions to effectively manage this waste.
About
At TGEM, we are passionate about green energy and sustainability.
With the UK leading the charge in combating global warming by 2050, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and effectively manage waste.
With over 100 years of combined experience in waste management and renewables, our directors have researched numerous technologies, identifying reliability as a key factor in waste processing success.
Our Solution
We have invested extensively in developing a cutting-edge solution that not only addresses waste management challenges but also harnesses renewable energy for a cleaner future.
Through strategic partnerships and meticulous planning, we have constructed our flagship project in Kettering.
This state-of-the-art facility is poised to revolutionise waste management, with a robust technology ready for large-scale deployment.
Project Highlights
At TGEM, we envision a future powered by clean, renewable energy.
Join us in our mission to transform waste into sustainable solutions for generations to come.
TGEM’s first plant, located on a 7-acre site near Kettering, is a testament to our commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
With a gross electricity-generating output of 8Mwe and 7Mwt, the facility boasts a net export capacity of 7Mwe.
Our plant will save 11,400 metric tons of CO2 emissions annually and provide renewable energy to power up to 14,000 homes.
Eligible for REGO's & Carbon Credit payments, our heat usage demonstrates our dedication to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
We are proud to collaborate with a leading global EPC/O&M Contractor, ensuring operational excellence across various industries.
