With a Degree in Management and over 20 years’ experience as a Director and Senior Manager in the Renewable, Recycling and Environmental Energy Sector, Gerard Reynolds founded the company in 2006. Utilising his vast experience as an Operations and Sales Management Executive gained at Shanks Group PLC, SITA UK Ltd., UK Waste Management Ltd., and Biffa Waste Services Ltd., Gerard capitalised on his strong entrepreneurial skills and struck out on his own.
