Originally from Glasgow, Tom has a degree in Naval Architecture, which led him to work abroad in Germany for Blohm and Voss Shipyards GmbH, for several years. Possessing dual citizenship in the United Kingdom and the United States prompted Tom to change career paths and so, for the past 20 years he has worked at Senior Management level in several large American banks, based predominantly in the Chicago area. Tom’s experience with Wells Fargo Bank and PNC Bank included business development, state and federal compliance, coordination with federal agencies on executive complaints, management of multi-state compliance teams, and training of national sales teams. Tom joined the company as Development Director after relocating back to the U.K. in 2015. Tom is responsible for:

-Identifying and developing projects from initial concept through to successful completion
-Coordinating activities with key contractors and suppliers
-Ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget

Tom is a keen amateur woodworker, and enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with his family.
